Holy cow, this was good! I’m not the biggest fan of garbanzo beans, but i didn’t even taste them. Easy and quick to prepare. This will go in regular rotation!

Once again, another great recipe from Suzy! It came together very quickly! I suggest using a pinch of red pepper flakes since it really brings out the flavor without being spicy. I was lazy and used Trader Joe’s Tomato Basil marinara sauce
