Loved this. The unique flavor of the cumin in the fish was very pleasantly unexpected. Will def make again.

I really like the spices and the cooking method. The only thing I have a problem with is putting oil on the fish before putting it in the flour mixture. If you do it this way the flower falls off the fish immediately. Instead simply pat dry the fish and coat and flour mixture. You can always add lemon at the end.
