I’ve made this dish a half dozen times now over the last month – breakfast, dinner and sans eggs, as a side dish with an entree. Just love it and to boot, my wife loves the site as I’ve become the chief cook in the house now! We are full time sailors and are heading to the Med next May via the Azores.
